Merriman Woods - Unclaimed

The property manager was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was professional, helpful, communicative, and kind. He is definitely a helpful person. The apartment that was shown was not acceptable. It was outdated, and not updated in at least four or five decades. Foul smells were present in the building at large, and in the individual unit, where there had been a heavy smoker. I am still trying to investigate other units. I may have better luck.,.
