Enjoy great community features including an outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ area. The property is not pet-friendly, with a $500 fine for unauthorized pets. There is a strict no parties and events policy, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, and no shoes in the home. A $500 fine applies per violation. Kihei is the best spot to be for your next Maui adventure. With its long stretches of golden sand and crystal-clear waters, it's perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and watching spectacular sunsets. The laid-back town boasts a vibrant atmosphere, with a variety of local eateries serving fresh seafood and Hawaiian specialties. With its central location, you can easily access other parts of the island, including Lahaina and West Maui, or the Road to Hana on the East. South Kihei Road is very walkable with numerous restaurants and cafes, but the best way to explore other parts of the island is by driving. Guests will have access to the entire suite. A laptop computer is not included.
