The property looked ok, but the realtor refused to give me an application to fill for the apt. I brought her my credit report, full credit many pages long. I brought her proof of voucher assistance. I had two additional pages behind that letter that I didn't want her to photograph, they contained my personal data like date of birth. She grabbed the two despite my objection, she was much taller and larger than me, the only way to prevent her from photographing my personal data was to push her and grab back my papers. since she was so much larger than me I thought it would be dangerous for me. She took the pictures I protested. She started to say that the non smoking rules are really not working in the building, although, it is a non smoking building. The next day she said the apt was rented. Which was a lie, the apt was for weeks on the market and her website said that people contacted her but she had zero applications. How within one day she had an applicant and she rented it. She wrote to me later that she run an investigation on me. Of course she could not resist not using my date of birth.vand based on that investigation the landlord will never rent me the apt. She ran an investigation without my prior permission. which is l illegal. I never was allowed to fill an application. She discriminated against me with a few other things, because of the voucher. In short this woman laws do not exist for her, she is just breaking them
