     Property

    Quietish location, close to light rail and Milwaukie. Carpets should have been replaced rather than cleaned -- the black edges are unpleasant. Rooms are big enough: 12'6" x 9'8" and 12'4" x 9'3". Overall it's a little dark. No overhead lights in bedrooms. Oddly there were tools strewn around the front of the property when we arrived. Not sure what that's about.
