It is a 15-minute walk to Old Town Leesburg and the W&OD trail. 5-minute drive to the Dulles Toll Road and an 8-minute drive to The Village at Leesburg. The unit backs up to the woods, so it's nice and quiet. Enjoy your morning coffee in your quaint outdoor area. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, and internet. Owner will provide air filters for the year with the expectancy that the renter changes them every month. Maximum total pet weight is 75 lbs. Renter is required to follow all community and HOA guidelines (owner is able to provide the HOA guidelines). No smoking in the unit. No large groups (parties) past 11 pm due to the community noise ordinance. Any person staying more than 30 consecutive days must be a tenant and be on the lease.
