Property
This properties rental units are individually owned. There’s a small pool(in good condition) and tennis court in much need of repair. Inside the Apartment sold me with a good layout for the square footage. Was pleasantly surprised with amenities. Walk in closet, bathrooms were nicely upgraded. I was surprised with 1/2 bath. Appliances fell short (fridge, stove and dishwasher) however under the counter washer and dryer are economically sized. Not a selling point is the unkempt property from buildings in need of cleaning/painting Staircase walls/steps leading up to apartment has visable black mold/smut very discouraging. landscaping is lacking and dying shrubbery. There’s mentioned of HOA improvements but no mention when. It’s a real shame. The apartment 3.5 stars. The property a 1 star

The property mgr was very pleasant and on time meeting with me at the apartment. If approved agreeable replace stove. Not flexible with move in date.
