This apartment would have one apartment under its living room and kitchen with a different apartment under the bath and bedroom. Water, garbage, sewer, gas, electricity and heat are paid. Tenant needs to pay cable, internet and phone. Our rental rates are based on a 12 month lease. If it is your intention to rent a unit for anything less than 12 months, the monthly rent will be increased by 20%. Pets are accepted with a $350 pet deposit as well as an additional $25 per animal added to the monthly rent...please no barking dogs. Our Renting Process: 1.
