It is adjacent to a full bathroom. The spacious, second floor master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and a beautiful skylight. It is also adjacent to a full bathroom. KITCHEN AND DINING - The beautiful kitchen is furnished with a stainless steel refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Amenities also include a Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, rice cooker, pots and pans, dishes, cups and utensils. We also provide cooking essentials, including a spice rack. The extended kitchen countertop provides seating for 4. There is additional seating for 2 on the lanai. TWO QUIET AC UNITS - One in the master bedroom and another one in the living room. LAUNDRY - Washer and Dryer in the unit. A SSIGNED PARKING SPACE - Directly next to the unit which makes loading and unloading extremely convenient. PROPERTY MANAGER - A seasoned and professional manager lives on the property to promptly assist you with your needs.
