Our light-filled, 2-bedroom condo in West Vail is an ideal mountain getaway for your adventure, work visit or seasonal rental. We use our property often but do short-term rentals throughout the season. There are times when we would prefer to rent it out for a month or longer. Please reach out if you would like to rent for a month or a season and we can discuss reasonable terms and rent.
No smoking allowed. We love furry friends but our HOA does not allow renters to have pets. As owners, we will cover the cost of cable, internet, electricity, and water. There should be no utility costs to tenants. One free outdoor parking spot is included.
