It is easy access to I-25 and within walking distance to a local brewery, Walgreens, a liquor store and the light rail. Down the street is Pinedustry, View House and a variety of restaurants.
Pet policy: One small dog under 25 ibs is allowed with a $250.00 non-refundable fee and $50.00 monthly pet rent. Or one cat is allowed with a $250.00 non-refundable fee and $50.00 monthly pet rent. Tenant must have dog included in renters' insurance policy; proof is required.
Renter is responsible for electric, internet and cable, all other utilities are included in rent. Rental comes with one covered parking space, with plenty of uncovered parking. Smoking is not allowed in unit. Applicant will pay an application fee for a credit, criminal and eviction report.
