The income requirement is 3x the rent which is equal to a minimum income requirement of $3750.00 gross combined household income per month. Screening fee $32 per adult: we screen for credit, criminal and rental history. Rent is $1250.00 per month. W/S/G is $75.00 on top of rent every month. Section 8 accepted. DEPOSIT: Our standard deposit is equal to one month's rent, however we offer a payment plan for the deposit as well a low cost alternative security deposit option through a 3rd party provider Obligo.
