Beautiful 1 Bedroom coming available in a full-service luxury condominium building, where helpful doormen and staff will greet you 24-hrs a day. Laundry and trash facilities are on every floor. Two short term "drop-off" parking spots are an added convenience on the back side of the building. Residents enjoy use of a new workout athletic facility, outdoor barbeque grills, and there is a bike rack. No smokers and No Pets allowed. Utilities are an additional fee (Electric & Internet).
