The processing fee is $55 each and includes the credit/eviction check. When it comes to renting, it will depend on what day of the month you sign your lease. If you move in on the 1st, your rent will be the full amount. If you move in on a day other than the first, then your rent will be prorated. Your deposit(s) will be equal to one month's rent. There is a $300 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $75 non-refundable key fee. We do have an income requirement of 3X the rent. Other variables can affect the deposit amounts.
All Freedom House Property Management applicants must complete our animal screening process found within the application even if you do not have an animal. Our animal deposit(s) is $500 for the first animal with an additional fee of $50.00 a month, and $250 for a second animal with an additional fee of $25.00 a month, etc. A PetScreening profile and approval are required and more information is included within the application.
