A credit score of 650 or higher is required for the person who will reside in this unit, and the annual lease is for 12 months and renewable thereafter. One small pet is okay if under 20 pounds. Water is included in the association fees. After completing the landlord's application and being approved, the renter must then be approved by the association. They will complete the association's short application and submit it to the board along with the $150 board review fee and a copy of their driver's license.
