I'm desperate to get out of my lease, so I'm offering a lot of incentives if someone is able/willing to take this over for me: No rent in October, no security deposit needed, keep my $1550 deposit at the end of the lease cycle, and I will pay you $2000 when you move in. The lease runs through June and you would have an option to renew or move out. The owner is not allowing students, cosigners, pets, and the incoming tenant will need to make 2.5x income in rent--so its pretty restrictive! The apartment itself is a light filled space on the top floor of a three floor condo complex in the Sehome neighborhood. This a corner unit, and the bedroom has a nice south facing window. Private balcony with great sunset views of downtown Bellingham, mountains, and Bellingham bay. Short walk to downtown. The unit has three large closets, and comes with your own private covered parking space. The condo complex has a laundry room with coin operated machines. I've loved living here but life is taking me in a different direction and I need to get out ASAP Renter responsible for electric bill. Condo owners pay water/sewer/garbage. This lease runs through June 2024.
