Price is $3000/M for 6 month+, shorter stays will be $3500/M. Pets are allowed, however, there will be an extra charge of $100/M per pet per month. All pets must be approved by the Landlord and the Association. Association approval is required for all stays including credit and background checks. Second bedroom has a trundle bed, and can sleep 6. Internet is also included. Unit currently available from 4/15/25-11/15/25
