The bathroom has a combination shower and tub, fresh grey paint, and a vanity. In the bedroom, you will find lots of room to make this space your very own. With a walk in closet, storing clothes and belongings should be no issue. An on site mail room and laundry facility are just a short walk from your unit. A $200 administrative fee is due upon signing. Water, serviced through the Town of Boone, electricity, serviced by New River Light and Power, and cable and internet provided by spectrum are all responsibilities of the tenants. Trash disposal is located on site, and included in rent, along with snow removal. There is also a refrigerator and stove available as an added amenity. This condo does not accommodate pets.
