Universal is 20 miles away, SeaWorld is 15 miles away, and Magic Kingdom is just 8 miles away. This condo features 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 large living area. It includes a free washer and dryer and a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Located in Reunion, it also offers a covered balcony that overlooks the golf course. The bedrooms include Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed, Bedroom 2 with a king-size bed, and Bedroom 3 with two full beds. During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to resort amenities such as Seven Eagles Pool, Spas, Fitness Centers, and Linear Park, Homestead Pool, Wading Pool, and Spa, Carriage Pointe Pool and Spa, Heritage Crossing's two Pools (A and B), Wading Pool, and Spa, The Terraces Pool, Spa, Gazebo, and Pavilion, Liberty Bluff Playground and Dog Park, and Grand Traverse Parkway Playground and Outdoor Fitness Center. Guests must present an RFID card to access these amenities. This RFID will only grant access to the CDD amenities listed above. Guests have the option to arrange tee times at their convenience at Palmer, Nicklaus, or Watson Golf Courses. Booking and any associated fees are the responsibility of the guest. Reunion Resort is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full-time residents, so drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts. While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides, and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment. Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to two vehicles in the parking lot. We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare the property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, we provide enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge are provided. There is a coffee maker, however, coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. We welcome children of all ages but the home is not baby-proofed. We welcome furry friends, however, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. We allow one house-trained dog with a pet fee applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park near the building on a first-come, first-served basis, with space for up to two vehicles. Parking passes will be provided by the gate security guard upon entry into the community. Shoes should be wiped at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
