The property includes three pools, a gym, tennis courts, a clubhouse, a main pool at the clubhouse with a child's pool and a child's playground on site by the main clubhouse. Owner pays Electric, Gas and Water. Tenant responsible for Cable, Internet and Phone. Tenant Must Carry Renters Insurance and show copy of valid policy for length of the lease to property owners within a week of taking possession of property, or be subject to lease cancellation.
