This cozy 236 sqft unit offers great views and a blend of comfort and convenience. This studio includes a queen-size bed, window AC, mid-size refrigerator, microwave, and a flat-screen TV with basic cable. Guests can stream using their own Netflix, Hulu, and/or Disney+ account. The rental includes bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, a hair dryer, rice cooker, blender, and dishware. A starter kit with a paper towel, toilet paper, 1oz shampoo, 1oz conditioner, bath soap, hand soap, and liquid dish soap is provided. The building offers a community pool, jacuzzi, sundeck, and an outdoor BBQ area. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available. Gym access is available for a one-time $5 fee paid to the front desk. Public parking is available on-site for $45 per day (cash only) through the parking attendant; multiple days rented together are $40 per day (cash only). Centrally located near the Hawaii Convention Center and the Ala Moana Center, this condo offers easy access to shopping and Waikiki's beautiful beaches. Check-in is at 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. To guarantee a late check-out, the condo must be reserved for the night of departure. Additional bathroom toiletries, condiments/spices, coffee, detergent, beach chairs/umbrellas/toys, or a cooler are not provided.
