Located in the downtown Grandville area, this 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment at Hamilton Park Apartments features a large living room that leads into an open kitchen. There is plenty of closet storage space throughout the apartment including a kitchen pantry, a coat closet, and a linen closet. The lower units feature a walk-out patio and the upper units have an oversized premium deck. Units start at $1,295 per month and include gas, heat, water, sewer, trash, recycling, and parking. Residents would be responsible for electricity and any wifi/cable options you should want. There is a laundry facility on-site. The security deposit is $995.45 and we have a $50 application fee. When is this available? Can I see the property? We have showing times available Monday through Friday. You will only be able to select a date that is available for a tour. If you are looking at an apartment available 30-60 days out, it may be still occupied and unavailable for immediate tours. We currently only show vacant apartments to respect our residents privacy. We are not a low income or government assisted property. However, we will work with any assistance program as long as you qualify through the application process (see below). What is the parking situation? Each apartment includes a reserved covered parking space as well as one open parking space for a total of two parking spots/vehicles allowed per apartment. Do I need to apply before I can see the property? No, we do not require that you apply before you tour. Our rentals tend to lease quickly. If you are worried about missing out on a property, we highly recommend you apply. Are there any hidden fees? We take pride in being upfront and honest on our pricing.
