People on a contract with pre-approved background checks and a valid DL are the only people allowed to live in the house. Maximum occupancy: 7 people. This is a quiet neighborhood, and we have a very strict NO Party house rule. Outdoor security cameras are around the premises for your and our security You will be in a worry-free home: * Owners pay for weekly lawn/landscaping care. * Owners pay for pest control. * Verifiable monthly gross income that equals at least 3 times the monthly rent. * Stable and verifiable employment. * A background check is required: adequate credit history and no prior evictions. * Good rental history and can provide previous landlord's references. * The owner will administer a binding legal lease agreement after you apply, complete, and pass a background check and interview. * The security deposit will depend on the length of rental time. If you need the home For over 2 months, a fully refundable security deposit of $2,000 will be required and returned to you if the house is in the same state that we turned it over to you. * No smoking or drug is permitted on the premises or in the home. * Renter's insurance may be required for lease agreements over 1 month * No pets. Service Animals will need to be disclosed at the time of application, and the owner will require a legal review upon receiving a request. * The tenant is responsible for monthly electric and water/ waste bills paid to the owner upon receipt of said bills via email. Unpaid bills will result in the termination of the lease and will be deducted from the security deposit. * For rental agreements over 2 weeks, a weekly cleaning is required and paid by the guest. You can choose between these 2 options: 1. Weekly Light Cleaning services include Vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, emptying dishwasher and Trash (does not include bed changing or laundry) Cost: $175.00 Duration: 1.5 - 2 hours 2. Full Housekeeping Service (Regular Market Price of $275): Services: Everything in the cleaning above, plus fresh towels and bed sheets, making beds, and general touch-ups to leave the house feeling truly refreshed.
