No smoking is allowed inside or outside within 100 feet, even on the balcony, and there is a $500 minimum fee for violations. Pets are not allowed on the premises, and a minimum penalty fee of $500 will be applied if a pet is found at any time during your stay. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. Avoid any spills on the rug and sofa. Do not leave the unit with the AC on anytime you leave the property for the beach or at check-out, as you may be charged an extra fee if there is evidence of excessive usage. Remove shoes in the unit. The adjoining door is securely locked and inaccessible for your safety.
