The resident is responsible for all utilities and snow removal of the walk and parking lot. A renter's insurance policy is required. No smoking is allowed inside the home. The property owner is responsible for lawn maintenance.
We are pet friendly. We accept up to 2 pets (cat or dog) under 50lbs. Dogs must have an updated shot record. Pets must be spayed or neutered and over the age of 9 months. No kittens or puppies. Certain breed restrictions apply. Pet rent is $20 per month for one pet and $30 per month for two pets. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $300.
