There are only 22 cottages and 8 townhouses. Come home to your own cottage, or townhouse, under a canopy of established trees. Each cottage has a front and back patio. Our one bedroom cottage has a spacious kitchen and dining area, which flows into a lovely living room with continuing flooring that has the look and feel of wood. The bedroom has new low pile carpet, a closet and two built in cabinets with shelves and there is an extra closet off the living room. The bathroom has a tub/shower. Each cottage has multiple windows with beautiful views of the gardens and grassy green space, bringing the outside in. When you step out on your back patio, where the temperature is noticeably cooler, you are greeted by the singing of birds, perfect for your first cup of coffee, or cool drink in the afternoon. Our two bedroom cottage has all the same wonderful qualities, but also has an extra bedroom with two additional closets and a large hallway closet. Our townhouses are each two stories, with two bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom with double sinks. Downstairs has a large kitchen with dinning area, which flows into a large living room. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. All the townhouses have private fenced yards. Stroll down and take a refreshing dip in the centrally located pool. Sparkle Laundry is our onsite laundry facility. All cottages have been freshly painted, have new flooring, toilet, sink/vanity and refrigerator. Our mid-century cottages have wonderful sputnik" and retro lighting, pattern brick, low pitched roofs, the iconic Haver, Nunn aesthetic. There is also extra storage on the driveway side in your own private block construction storage unit.
