They feature two spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a nice sized living space to sit back and relax while you watch your favorite show, or just to chat with friends and family.
The rent will be $1200/mo with the tenant paying electricity. There is washers and dryers on site (so no need to drive all the way back into town!). Dogs and Cats allowed upon approval and will be subjected to a slight raise in the Security Deposit.
