Gardenside Commons is a mixed-use commercial and apartment community located in Essex, Vermont. The commercial building is situated near the entrance of the property with multiple apartment buildings set privately in the back. 100 Griffin Lane includes twenty-four 1-bedroom, 1-bath and 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartments that are located in a three floor apartment building at the center of the property. 31-85 Griffin Lane includes twenty-four 2-bedroom, 1-bath townhouse styled apartments that are positioned around the perimeter. Each of these two different apartment building types have a unique set of features and amenities. Construction of the 100 Griffin Lane was completed in 2019, and construction of 31-85 Griffin Lane was completed in 2020.
