Property
When I toured the property they were in the process of repaving the lot, and roadwork was happening on James River Exp. However with all the progress that was going on around them, the complex was in very nice shape, and the sound from the construction was almost none inside of the apartment. The manager was very friendly and prompt, she showed a lot of care in what she was doing.

Very nice, and you could tell she cared about the appearance and happiness of her tenants
