This cozy lower-level unit features one bedroom and one bathroom with plentiful storage in the linen closet in the hallway, a walk-in closet with built-in shelving attached to the bedroom, and plenty of cabinet space in the kitchen. The fridge and gas range are included with the unit! The shower in the bathroom is large enough to add a shower bench for that extra relaxation or storage! There is an attractive cabinet over the toilet with storage, and a medicine cabinet! The living room and bedroom are spacious and have nice soft carpeting. Large windows with vertical slats let in plenty of natural light. The unit gets a great cross breeze when the front and back doors are open, and a ceiling fan in the bedroom will certainly keep you cool. Alternately, for those recent chilly days, the wall heater is very effective at warming the space. The unit is set back off the street, with a stand-alone house in front, allowing for extra privacy. Don't hesitate, as this place will go quickly! Move-in Special: 2nd Month Off! Application Requirements: - Each person over 18 years of age that will be living in the unit must fill out a separate application. - Non-refundable $52 application fee from each applicant. Required Documents for all adult occupants: -Government Issued, Photo ID. -Three months of bank statements (most recent, previous three months). -Three months of pay stubs (most recent, previous three months). NOTE: Paystubs and bank statements are not required if an applicant completes the "Income Verification" process. Income: -Gross monthly income must be 2.5x the rental amount. -Applicants in a group can combine their income to meet the required 2.5x income. -If an applicant does not have the necessary income, they will require a double deposit and a co-signor that meets the co-signor requirements. Credit Score: -Must be above a 650 Credit Score. If an applicant does not meet the required credit score, they will need a co-signor. -If an applicant does not have a credit score, they will require a double deposit and an approved co-signor. Criminal History: -Any convictions of criminal records against a person. Evictions: -No prior evictions within the last seven years. Rental History: -Able to provide at least three years of verifiable rental history. It comes with a stove, refrigerator, ceiling fans, linen closet, and it has carpet in the living room.
