The master bedroom features a Restoration Hardware King-size bed with a high-quality pillow-top mattress and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom, colorfully decorated, includes a platform Queen-size bed with a very comfortable Sealy mattress. You'll also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, cookware, and dishes. Other amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, and a secure ski closet where you can store ski gear, bikes or outdoor recreational gear. The community features a heated outdoor pool (open from Memorial Day to Labor Day), a hot tub, a fitness center, and a furnished clubhouse with an entertainment room, pool table, ping pong, and a kitchen. The least terms are one year. Alternate lease term for 6 - 9 months is possible subject to Lease Agreement. Landlord Pays the current $410 per month HOA fees, which include water and sewer as well as operating and maintenance cost of the common area. The tenant pays for utilities (Electricity, gas) Internet for yearly lease.
