Welcome to your budget-friendly getaway, a simply designed paradise perfect for a weekend escape or a longer-term stay. Feel at home in this spacious yet cozy unit, ideal for bringing the whole family. Located on the 1st floor, this apartment is equipped with all your vacation essentials for a comfortable and relaxing time. This 1st-floor unit features four bathrooms, a comfy living area, a free washer and dryer, a full kitchen, dining areas, and access to a community pool and nearby gym. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for shared meals. Off the living room, a small patio offers outdoor seating for two. The full kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare simple meals. There are four queen bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. You will have three parking spots available, not assigned, on a first-come, first-served basis, labeled 'Visitor'. Situated in a gated community with a security guard, this apartment offers easy access to local attractions: USF is just 5 minutes away (2.2 miles), MOSI is 8 minutes away (4.2 miles), Busch Gardens Tampa is an 11-minute drive (4.5 miles), Takomah Trail Park is a 10-minute drive (5.1 miles), and Lettuce Lake Park is a 13-minute drive (5.9 miles). The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. The kitchen includes a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available, but coffee is not provided. Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please inform us immediately upon check-in for restocking.
