Each unit is well-maintained, includes dishwasher, window blinds and extra storage closets. *Tenant pays electricity, TV, phone and internet. Units have one vehicle covered and overflow parking and a 4X4 outdoor storage locker. The building has a common outdoor yard and coin-op laundry room. Two pets on approval (30 pound max with security deposit). Housing vouchers accepted. Please do not disturb current tenants. Everyone 18 and older must pass background check prior to viewing. $35 fee per application. Owner pays for all utilities except electric. Tenant pays on phone, TV and internet.
