ETown Apartments

This apartment has an open floor plan, it is freshly painted and proffessionally cleaned. We have on-line maintenance and rent payments, the trash is included. There is off road parking and it is located very conveniently next to shopping, work and restaurants. If you would like me to send you a video you can email me your cell number. These are non-smoking apartments. We do allow pets but there are fees and or an approval process. There is a $45 application fee per applicant. These require proof of net monthly income of at least $3597 to apply and we do a credit and a background check.
