Needs. A few fixer uppers. The cabinetry is missing at the front of the sink. There’s a missing piece creating gap in the wooden cabinet next to the stove where the breakfast countertop is attached. What I do love a lot is the French Doors! Which creates an additional bedroom where the den connects to the balcony. The space is decent & quaint. This specific unit is not easy accessible for handicap or impaired although the location seems to draw senior to elderly. I like how convenient the space is for tranquility and seclusion. Absolutely worth its price in 5 star amenities, pond scenery.
