If your credit is between a 550-599 or you have no established credit we can still work with that with an increase in deposit of up to one months rent or a cosigner. Application fee: $50/person over 18. Non-refundable holding fee: $200 (applies to your move in costs) Security Deposit:$300 on approval of credit.
