Each unit has a dishwasher, gas range and granite countertops. In the kitchens, the units also have wood, laminate and ceramic tile floors along with drywall and exposed brick walls. Heating and cooling is provided by individual split-mini systems. Two lucky units can take advantage of parking in the rear of the building for an additional $100 per month but there are plenty of monthly lots with a short walk of the building.
Water is a flat fee of $50 / mo. Renter pays their own BGE.
