You will love this gorgeous 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo that sleeps 7. The open floor plan gives the family plenty of space to relax and make memories. The living room opens on to the balcony where you will be welcomed by beautiful views of the pool area and the Gulf of Mexico. There is a breakfast bar and dining area adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Enjoy the luxury of a large master suite offering a King-size bed with a separate seating area that has sliding glass doors leading out to the large balcony. The master bedroom also has a full en suite bath with a walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom has a full-size bed and the second guest bedroom offers full size bunk beds. A full bath with a shower/tub combo is adjacent to the guest bedrooms This unit is a monthly rental (min 28-31 days). During Season (Jan - Apr) the unit is available by calendar months only - Jan 1-31; Feb 1-28/29; Mar 1-31 or Apr 1-30. During off-Season (May - Dec) a calendar month is not required but the unit must be rented for a minimum of 30 days. At the beach parking is always scarce but the unit comes with one assigned covered parking space. Guest parking is available with a guest pass on a first come first serve basis. Community amenities include a heated pool and spa with ample seating on the pool deck, gas grills, and a gazebo. There is also a fitness facility, clubhouse, and dry sauna. Cable and Wi-Fi are included at no additional cost to the guest.
