You'll love our little Edgy Escape! This is a winter mid term rental only. Available through February 2026 ONLY. Our townhouse is a 2 story with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The entryway brings you into this open space where you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with new granite countertops with open concept dining, living room and a dedicated workstation with a powder room. The ground floor back patio is a welcoming quiet space, private with solar panel lighting, a great space for a morning coffee or an evening night cap. Located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, the home offers two designated parking spaces, ample closet space, and quality beds for a stress-free stay. Just a 7-minute walk to the beach and close to popular restaurants and grocery stores, the location combines both peace and accessibility for your day-to-day needs. Upstairs the master bedroom boasts a king bed from the Four Season's Hotel brand! The large second bedroom has 2 full size beds with ample space between them and a full sized closet, allowing for comfort and ease to share this space. Also includes a full size washer and dryer for convenience. Pet-Friendly Policy: Pets are welcome with prior approval. A simple pre-approval questionnaire will be provided to ensure suitability. Please note: The property does not receive mail. You will need to set up a PO Box at the local post office for mail service. *Winter Rental* Fully furnished, owner pays utilities.
