Dirty, smelled like pets,needs new paint carpet wal damage,patio had moss and mold outside was dirty,dog poop and the neighbors smoking outside thr front door

Professional service. Place looked very nice and clean and really liked the neighborhood but someone else beat me to it.

Very nice gentleman showed me the place. Explained everything and answered my questions. I even got an email later on giving me advice on another property I had asked about.
