There's also a fenced dog-run area along the side of the home. Shared utilities are equitably based on sq. footage and include common-area electricity, cold/hot water, wastewater, heat and storm drainage (internet for individual units are separate and unit-specific.) New washer/dryer units are in a shared laundry room. These accept both app and coin payment. Pets are welcome. Requires refundable $300 pet deposit and $35/month pet rent. Off-Street Parking additional $75/month for a full tandem space. Total Monthly Rent includes base rent, common utilities, trash/recycling, pet rent (if applicable), storage (if applicable), and parking (if applicable).
