All utilities included except electric to be paid by tenant. Minutes from shopping, theatre, restaurants and only 10 minutes from the beach. Owner pays all fees except electric. Tenant will pay electric. Only one pet under 30 lbs will be allowed. No smoking in unit. Must pass credit background check and be approved by association. Furniture not included.
