This is a two bedroom one bath duplex located in Sutherlin. The kitchen provides a range, fridge and a dishwasher. The unit provides washer/dryer hook-ups. The owner pays water, sewer, garbage and yard maintenance. Availability date is an estimate only and may change due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the agent.
