Second floor condo for rent available July 1st! Currently furnished, but willing to rent unfurnished as well. It's up to you. Located a block from Oakway Center and Coburg Road, which is a central hub for getting around town. Close to U of O, the river, and downtown. Chill local owners, willing to work with people on basically everything. I don't like rental management groups and I don't use them. This is the only place I rent out. I am not a big company. The pictures are from a professional photographer several years ago. The furniture has changed since those pictures were taken. The current furnishings are nice but I can't get pictures until my current tenants have moved out. Nice kitchen with pantry is attached open concept to the living-room (all furnished). There is a private balcony off of the living room which is great for BBQs. The third bedroom also functions as an office with sliding doors that open to the living room. Two reserved, covered carport spots for your vehicles, and additional guest parking. Washer and Dryer in the unit. Central AC and Heating Alternative to the heating, there is a gas fireplace for staying cozy in the winter. No cats. Dogs are potentially ok, but the HOA only allows smaller breeds. LGBTQ+ Friendly. We don't discriminate or judge for any reason whatsoever. Deposit + First Months rent due at signing. Garbage included in price. Other utilities, like internet and EWEB, are not included. As long as you can provide pay stubs or proof that you can afford the place, I am happy. I don't care about 3x rent or anything like that.
