     Property

    The apartment was not ready for viewing. It was still dirty and there were items left from the previous occupant. The fridge was missing as well.

     Property

    Both the exterior and interior of the property had some minor cosmetic issues. The exterior had some paint chipping and trash that needed thrown away. Inside, the walls hadn't been properly repainted. The kitchen had some missing baseboards and cracked tiles. However, considering the price and location, it was clean and a decent square footage. The private backyard is a very nice amenity. The tree and little plants up the walkway make it inviting.

     Management

    Initially, you tour the property without the manager's involvement. It was frustrating that I had questions about the online application and had tried calling a couple of times. Apparently the only way to actually get a call back is to turn in an application because I heard back immediately after they received it. Communication has been a little better now.
