We are a pet friendly community. Our remodeled apartments include luxury vinyl tile or laminate flooring, granite or quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and spacious layouts. We are located in a prime location. It is a few minutes drive from food, shopping, entertainment , schools, medical care, family fun, night life, and transportation. It is near Downtown Campbell, Los Gatos, The Pruneyard, Santana Row, Downtown San Jose, Willow Glen, and is a 34 minute drive to the beach in Santa Cruz. It is walking distance from Bascom Station VTA. Valley Medical Hospital is a 6 minute drive. Valley Christian Elementary and Springbridge International School are a 15 minute walk. Del Mar High School is a 14 minute walk. Whole Foods less than a mile away. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm. Tours start at 9:30am and end at 5:00pm.
