The accommodations and amenities include a queen bed in the main bedroom with an attached en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and subtropical landscape views. The second bedroom has a queen bed and sliding door access to the front lanai. There is a second full-sized bathroom just outside the second bedroom with an updated vanity and a shower and tub combo. A TV is located in the living room and can be seen from the dining space. Dining options include the formal dining table and chairs just outside the kitchen, a small 2-top coffee bar with stools located inside of the kitchen, and an outdoor dining set of 4 on the screened and covered lanai in the back of the condo. There is a small storage unit located inside the car port that includes 4 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella for guests to use during their stay. This is an end unit with additional windows on the right side as well as more privacy with neighbors on only one side and a privacy wall at the end of the front patio. There is 1 assigned covered parking spot on the ground floor, just next to the set of stairs that leads up to the second-floor condo. The community pool, pool deck, and chairs are located just behind the building. Catalina at High Point is centrally located in Naples and it is only 1.7 miles to the Via Miramar public beach access and 2.4 miles to Clam Pass Beach. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture.
