Not only are you a very short boat ride to open water for fishing... you can fish right from your dock! The unit is a bit dated, but very clean and fresh. The rental price reflects that consideration. So if you are a bit dated yourself, like me, you won't mind it at all... and the beautiful outdoors and Captain Harbor will be an excellent choice to spend the winter months... or all year. Three-month minimum. The minimum lease term is three months. All utiliteis included ( max electricity usage $200/mo - overage will be billed to renter. Avg electric is $150/mo). Dockage for your boat is available for an additional $295/mo. There is no lift or wet slip, and it takes less than 15 minutes to reach open water.
