ABOUT THE BUILDING Cambridge Court is a beautiful 13 unit classic brick apartment building built in 1905 that features beautiful brick detailing and a common patio area make this a great place to call home. Additional storage, parking, laundry facilities, and bike storage are also available at the property. STANDARD DEPOSIT Full refundable, equal to 50% one month's rent. We may ask for an additional deposit based on income, credit score, or background check PET POLICY Limit of two pets per apartment (dogs 45lbs and under) Pet deposit (refundable) equal to 20% one month's rent, and $25/mo pet rent Utilities are $105/mo for one person, $155/mo for two (includes W/S/G). Tenant pays electric directly to the city. We do not accept Comprehensive Reusable Tenant Screening Reports as defined by and pursuant to RCW 59.18. Equal Housing Opportunity.
