It measures 8'6 x 21' and has an outside entry as well as passage through the garage space into the main house. This four bedroom, two bath ranch house is located across from the Fir Acres campus, with an easy 5 minute walk through the neighborhood to the law campus. The large, double corner lot provides lots of trees and peace and quiet. It has a small but serviceable dining room and kitchen, with a second refrigerator in the old garage / turned bonus room. This home is not Type A Per City of Portland requirements: APPLICATIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE ONLINE AND WE WILL BEGIN PROCESSING THE FIRST COMPLETE APPLICATIONS AT 3:00PM PST ON JULY 12, 2024 Applications received/submitted before then will have an automatic and mandatory 8 hour waiting period/delay.
