Guest access With the Yale Smart Lock installed on the front of the building and the apartment, you can feel free to come and go as you please with the ease of self check-in. The unit is on the third floor, so please note that any guests at this property will need to be able to walk 2 flights of indoor stairs with a railing. If this isn't possible for a member of your party, please reach out, and my team and I can share our listings that are on the first floor. In case of emergency, you can also exit the unit from the back door that leads to the balcony. When you're on the balcony, the set of stairs that face the front of the building will take you all the way down to the street if need be. Other things to note As noted above, this apartment is on the third floor of the property, so all guests must be able to walk 2 flights of stairs. It's located in the heart of Shadyside, a block from the shops and restaurants on Walnut Street. Parking is on street with a permit from the city. All our properties are pet friendly for friendly pets with a two-animal maximum. There are no breed or weight restrictions.
